Today we visited the Forest Farm and enjoyed ourselves very much.
Early in the morning we met at the school gate and set off at about 8 o’clock.An hour or so later we got to the farm.We were warmly welcomed by the farmers at the gate.The head of the farm showed us around the farm himself and told us about the great changes on the farm.At noon, we had a picnic on the grassland.Then some of us sang and danced, some told stories and others enjoyed the beautiful scenery of the farm.At sunset, we said goodbye to the farmers and left the farm.
Today, we not only had a good time but also learned a lot from the farmers.

When the bell rang, we gathered on the sports ground.After the warming up exercises, the teacher told us the way of high jump and gave us an example.Then we students followed the teacher and practised jumping one after another.Soon it was my turn and I felt nervous.I failed the first time but I wasn’t discouraged.I kept on thinking the teacher’s instruction and practicing.At last I managed to jump over 1.2 meters.
